Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using Vista Prepaid Card, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and are not prohibited from using the Service under the laws of your jurisdiction.

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Keep your account credentials confidential and not share them with any third party
• Notify us immediately at wanpuccygh@gmail.com of any suspected unauthorised use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we believe are compromised, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.

Vista Prepaid Card offers digital prepaid USD cards in denominations ranging from $2 to $1,000. By completing a purchase you agree that:

• All sales are final. Refunds are not available once a card code has been issued, except where required by applicable law.
• Card codes are for personal use only and may not be resold, transferred for commercial gain, or used in connection with any illegal activity.
• Card codes are valid until redeemed. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or fraudulently used codes that result from your failure to keep them secure.
• Pricing, availability, and denominations are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

By redeeming any Vista prepaid card, you expressly agree to the following:

• A 20% service fee will be deducted from the face value of the card at the time of redemption.
• The net payout amount (face value minus 20%) will be disbursed to your registered Mobile Money account or other designated payment method.
• The service fee covers platform maintenance, payment gateway charges, currency conversion costs, and operational expenses.
• The fee is non-negotiable and non-refundable once redemption has been initiated.
• Redemption payouts are processed manually by our team. Processing times may vary; typical payout time is within 24–72 hours of redemption request submission.
• You must provide accurate Mobile Money details. We are not liable for failed or misdirected payouts resulting from incorrect information provided by you.

Example: Redeeming a $200 card will result in a payout of $160 after the 20% ($40) service fee is deducted.

The platform allows non-registered users to purchase prepaid cards as gifts. Guest purchases are subject to the same purchase terms in Section 3. Gifted card codes are delivered to the email address provided at checkout. Vista is not responsible for codes sent to an incorrectly entered email address.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Engage in money laundering, fraud, or any illegal financial activity
• Purchase or redeem cards using stolen payment methods
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise misuse the platform
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent limits or policies
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or our staff
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and referral to law enforcement where appropriate.

All content on the Vista Prepaid Card platform — including card artwork, logos, design elements, and software — is owned by or licensed to Wanpuccy and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vista Prepaid Card and Wanpuccy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including lost profits, lost data, or service interruptions.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the six months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vista Prepaid Card, Wanpuccy, and their respective affiliates, officers, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Unused card codes remain valid for redemption subject to these Terms unless the account was terminated for fraud, in which case all codes may be invalidated.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
